Latest update 26/01/2017 with 796 locations in the file.

The National Trust look after many hundreds of properties and sites in the United Kingdom. In their words they 'look after historic houses, gardens, mills, coastline, forests, farmland, moorland, islands, castles, nature reserves, villages... and pubs'. In general the locations mark the entrance to the property but where there are no mapped roads nearby the nearest appropriate approach point is indicated. Some properties are vast areas of countryside and a suitable car park is shown. Other car parks may be available. Where there is a parking restriction at the property then nearest available car parks may be given in addition eg 2 Willow Road (No Parking) and also 2 Willow Road (East Heath Road Car Park). The basis for this file is the list of properties and areas of countryside in The National Trust handbook and on The National Trust web site. The telephone number for each property or site is provided where available. Check the National Trust web site to ensure the property is open before setting off.
